What to expect New to meditation? |
Meditation Classes in Salisbury - Tuesdays Meditation is an integral part of the Buddhist path. It is a powerful method to calm and focus the mind, thereby bringing deep inner peace and a sense of physical and mental well-being. It is also a method for bringing about a change in attitude and so develop a more positive way of living. Some people meditate simply to relax, others wish to explore further the mind's potential. Whatever the inclination, meditation has something to offer. It is one of the greatest gifts we can give ourselves in this hectic world. Anyone can learn meditation. You do not need to be a Buddhist to attend the classes or to benefit from the techniques taught. Classes are held Tuesdays - 7.00pm - 8.30pm at: Salisbury Arts Centre
